    Maintenance The Micron HD has been built to meet the demands of a studio environment; however, the hard- ware is subject to the same dangers from static as any other electronic device. Use care when connecting or disconnecting cables. Important: Take care not to introduce any moisture into the unit. Electronic assemblies are sensi- tive to static electricity, due to the electrostatically sensitive devices used within the circuitry.

    With a high defi nition broadcast quality Digital Video Recorder like the Micron HD you won’t have to compromise on image quality or rack space. The Micron HD offers the highest quality images available by utilizing the JPEG 2000 codec in a powerful, compact unit that takes up only 1RU.
