Problem

Cause
• Make sure that
the antenna is
inserted properly
or the antenna is
properly
connected.
• Antenna may not
be fully extended
or may be
broken.
• The antenna is
poorly grounded.
A CD is already loaded
in the car deck.
• The CD is dirty
or damaged.
• The video line
from the main
car deck to the
television is not
connected
properly.
• The color system
is set improperly.
Solution
• If necessary,
insert the
antenna or
connect the
antenna
properly.
• Make sure that
the antenna is
fully extended or
replace a broken
antenna with a
new one.
• Make sure that
the antenna is
properly
grounded at its
mounting
location.
Remove CD from the
car deck.
• Clean the disc.
• Make sure that
the video line is
connected
properly.
• Set the color
system of the
connected
television to PAL
or NTSC.
