Emergency tone

1. From the Home screen, press
Settings
Device
tone.
2. Select Off, Alert or Vibrate as the method for
emergency alerts.
Pen attach/detach sound
1. From the Home screen, press
Settings
Device
detach sound.
2. Touch one of the sounds to play when you attach or
detach the pen, or touch Off.
Samsung Keyboard Settings
1. From the Home screen, press
Settings
Device
2. Tap any of the following options to activate the feature:
• Key-tap sound: makes a sound when you tap a key on the
Samsung keyboard.
• Key-tap vibration: makes a vibration when you tap a key on
the Samsung keyboard.

Device tab Sound Pen attach/
Menu and then tap
Device tab Sound.
Audio Output
This sound feature configures the audio output.
1. From the Home screen, press

2. Choose Stereo or Surround.

Adapt sound

The Adapt sound feature allows you to customize your call
sounds.
1. From the Home screen, press

2. Read the instructions and tap Start.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your
personal call sound.
