    6. INSTALL ADAPTER Remove adapter from inside hood. OUNTING CREWS OCATION Using both no. 8 x 3/8” zinc-plated screws from parts bag, assemble the adapter on the top of the hood. Seal all joints with metal foil duct tape to eliminate air leaks.

INSTALL HOOD CAUTION • Although not recommended, if blowers need to be removed, reinstall them using the 10-32 locknuts included in parts bag (maximum torque of 20 lb.). • Hold the hood until it is completely secured to the wood mounting strip. LECTRICAL COMPARTMENT COVER Remove the electrical compartment cover.

    10. CONNECT WIRING ( ’ CONT Connect cable into electrical compartment using provided waterproof wire connectors. Connect BLACK to BLACK, WHITE to WHITE and GREEN or bare wire under ground screw. Reinstall electrical compartment cover. HE0138 11. REINSTALL GREASE DRIP RAIL AND BAFFLE FILTERS Reinstall grease drip rail.

    12. LIGHT BULBS REPLACEMENT This hood requires 120 V, 50 W, MR16 with GU10 base, shielded halogen lamps (not included). (2 for 36” width hood and 3 for 48” width hood.) WARNING Do not touch lamps during or soon after operation. Burns may occur. In order to prevent the risk of personal injury, only install shielded halogen lamps.

    14. OPERATION HC0059 1) B LOWER SPEED CONTROL KNOB 2) H ALOGEN LIGHT SWITCH BLOWER A rotary 4-position knob (1) controls the blower (OFF - Low - Medium - High). Turn the speed control knob clockwise to increase blower speed – counterclockwise to decrease speed.

    6. INSTALACIÓN DEL ADAPTADOR Saque el adaptador de la campana. BICACIÓN LOS TORNILLOS Utilice 2 tornillos galvanizados n.° 8 x 3/8” de la bolsa de piezas para colocar el adaptador en la parte superior de la campana. Selle todas las juntas con cinta metálica para evitar las fugas de aire.

    12. SUSTITUCIÓN DE LAS BOMBILLAS Esta campana debe utilizar bombillas halógenas protegidas de tipo MR16, de 120 V y 50 W con base GU1 (no incluidas).
