Installation on Windows Installation on Windows If you are installing the TRAKTOR software on Windows Vista or Windows 7, you may need to turn off Windows User Account Control (UAC) before you can proceed. For further infor- mation on this, please refer to the relevant documentation. In addition to this, it may be necessary to disable your anti-virus software during installation. - Page 14 Controller Editor: The Controller Editor application allows you to configure your controller for use as a MIDI controller with applications other than the TRAKTOR software. This component will automatically be installed unless a newer version of Controller Editor already exists on your computer.
