problem), or never to stay connected to
Wi­Fi during sleep.
• Avoid poor connections: Check to au­
tomatically avoid using networks with
a low­quality or intermittent Internet
connection.
Wi-Fi optimization: Check to minimize

battery usage when Wi­Fi is on.
This screen also displays the following
information:
• MAC address. The Media Access Control
(MAC) address of your phone when con­
nected to a Wi­Fi network.
• IP address. The Internet Protocol (IP) ad­
dress assigned to the phone by the Wi­Fi
network you are connected to (unless you
used the IP settings to assign it a static
IP address).
