If you connected your audio receiver after running the Media
Center Setup Wizard for the first time, you may need to
reconfigure settings in Media Center.

If you have not run the Media Center Setup Wizard yet, you do
not need to perform the following procedure. The Media Center
Setup Wizard will walk you through all the configuration steps
required for your connection.
To configure external speakers (either directly connected to
your computer or to an audio receiver that is connected to your
computer) in Media Center:
1. Open Media Center:

2. Select Settings > General > Media Center Setup > Set Up
Your Speakers.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Press the START button on your remote.
From your Windows desktop, select Start > Media
Center.
