3. Windows will automatically detect the ASUS SpaceLink PC Card once
it is inserted into the PCMCIA slot. Windows will display a New Hard-
ware Found dialog box and guide you through installing the driver. If
you previously installed the ASUS SpaceLink PC Card Utility/Driver,
Windows will find the driver for the PC Card in its system folder. Oth-
erwise, Windows will open a "Add New Hardware Wizard" dialog. The
dialog will tell you that Windows will search for new drivers for the PC
Card. Click Next to continue.
4. Select Search for the best driver for your device (Recommended)
and then click Next.
5. Specify the location of the drivers for your operation system and click
Next.
Windows 98 - [CD]:\Driver\Win98
Windows Me - [CD]:\Driver\WinMe
Windows 2000 - [CD]:\Driver\Win2K
Windows XP - [CD]:\Driver\WinXP
Where [CD] represents the driver letter of your CD-ROM drive.
6. Wait while Windows searches for the device driver for the ASUS
SpaceLink PC Card. When Windows finds the driver "ASUS SpaceLink
WL-100 WLAN PC Card", click Next.
7. During the installation, Windows may prompt you to insert the "Win-
dows Operating System CD" which contains some driver files. Insert
your Windows setup disc and type the path if necessary and click Yes.
Windows will start copying the necessary files.
8. When the installation procedure is completed, click Finish.
9. When prompted, restart your computer.
