Selecting the slideshow transition
effects
You can select the way the slides are displayed during
a slide show.

twice while viewing a JPEG
image or when the player is in stop mode.

to highlight a setting.
The default setting is underlined.
• MODE
I:
the images randomly cycle through
the effects.
• MODE 2: the next image slides over the previous
Image.
• MODE 3: the image sweeps in from top to
bottom.
• MODE 4: the image sweeps in from left to right.
• MODE 5: the image stretches out from the center
of the screen.
• OFF: turns off this function.

The slideshow transition effect does not work if the
JPEG file has rotation information.
Selecting a JPEG image file

TVs with
XMBnl:
On the
XMBnl,
navigate to the
Photo
category, then highlight and select the
DVD Link Photo
icon.
TVs with Panel menu: Select
DVD Link
from the
External Inputs
menu.

When the Data Disc Menu appears, press
CD
to
access the thumbnail screen.
The image files in the album appear in thumbnail
view.

To display additional images, select a bottom
image and press
+.
To return to a previous image,
select a top image and press
+.

to highlight the image you want to
view, then press
O.
The selected image appears.
