Limited Warranty continued ...
This warranty does not cover damage to the detector caused by
accident, misuse, neglect, alterations, modifications or unauthorized
service.
Duration of any implied warranties (e.g., merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose) shall not be longer than the stated warranty.
Neither the manufacturer nor the retailer shall be liable for any inciden-
tal or consequential damages resulting from defects or failures of the
instrument to perform.
This warranty does to affect your statutory legal rights.
