    Directory The directory can store up to 200 entries which are shared by the telephone base and all system handsets. To add a directory entry: Press MENU when the phone is not in use. Scroll to Directory then press SELECT. Scroll to Add contact then press SELECT.

    Caller ID This product supports caller ID services provided by most telephone service providers. Depending on your service subscription, you may see the caller’s name, number, date and time of calls that are sent by your telephone service provider after the first or second ring.

    Set number of rings You can set the answering system to answer an incoming call after two, three, four, five or six rings; or toll saver. If you choose toll saver, the answering system answers a call after two rings when you have new messages, or after four rings when you have no new messages.
