3. Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor . Place your left arm
on a table so the cuf f is level with your heart.
4. Hold the grip on the cuf f securely with
your right hand, placing your thumb
on the thumb grip.
5. Turn the palm of your left hand upward.
