OPERATION (cont.) Before Cooking Before cooking on a grill for the first time, it should be “burned off” to remove any oil residue from the manufacturing process. Raise the grill lid. Light grill burners. Burn on HI for ten minutes. Close the lid and burn on HI for an additional ten minutes.

TROUBLESHOOTING Although the manufacturer has attempted to ensure that your grill will operate properly and satisfactorily, sometimes problems do arise.
