Replace the WaxStop protection system The wax protection system on your Power Mould is easy to replace and should be replaced if the filter becomes clogged. Use the WaxStop tool to replace the filter. The WaxStop tool has two ends, one with a new filter (A) and one with the removal tool (B).

Avoiding heat, humidity and chemicals Your hearing instrument must never be exposed to extreme heat e.g. left inside a parked car in the sun. Wipe the batteries carefully if moisture is present as it may affect their performance.
