I’ve tried calling the replacement parts number but my call just gets hung up. Who can I contact to ask for replacement parts as well as some new stickers for my kidTrax firetruck? Thank you!

  • Page 4 Charge Battery Before Assembly YOU MUST CHARGE THE 12-VOLT BATTERY FOR A “FULL” 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY.   • Page 5 Charge Battery Before Assembly ONLY AN ADULT CAN CHARGE AND RECHARGE THE BATTERY. NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the battery from the vehicle for charging. However, if the adapter cord will not safely reach a 120-volt wall outlet, the battery can be removed for charging (see pages 15 and 16).

    Assemble the Fire Engine Attach Front Wheels 1. Slide a large washer onto the axle. Locate a wheel marked “FRONT” on the inside. Slide a wheel onto the axle. Then slide a hubcap onto the axle, fitting the three locating pins into the holes.

    Assemble the Fire Engine Attach Rear Wheels 1. Locate a wheel marked “REAR” on the inside. Slide a wheel onto the axle. Fit the wheel into the gear box. NOTE: For the rear wheels, a large washer is NOT needed before sliding a wheel onto the axle.
  • Page 8 Assemble the Fire Engine Attach Rear Rescue Lights 1. Locate the two rectangular indentations at top, back of vehicle. Align all tabs and push a rescue light into each side as shown. Press down; it will snap in place.

    Removing the Battery It may be necessary to remove the battery for recharging, storage or replacement. ONLY AN ADULT MAY REMOVE THE BATTERY. ONLY AN ADULT CAN CHARGE AND RECHARGE THE BATTERY. NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the battery from the vehicle for charging. However, if the adapter cord will not safely reach a 120-volt wall outlet, the battery can be removed for charging (see pages 15 and 16).

    • If you must dispose of an exhausted battery, take it to a federally or state-approved lead acid battery recycler, such as an authorized service center or your local automotive battery retailer.
