2. Press < to show the last entry of all FR-DE
entries.
• The list of French conjugations is shown in
alphabetical order.
Note:
• The last page of the verb paradigms is displayed.
The verb paradigms are indicated by a point-
ing arrow to differentiate them from the entries (headwords) themselves.
3. Scroll through the conjugation list using { and }.
4. Open the desired conjugation by entering the number or selecting a conjugation
with the { and } keys and pressing e .
5. Move to the next or previous conjugation with ^ and w or ^ and
n . Press f to return to the conjugation list.
Note:
• The verb paradigms cannot be directly called up on the input screen.

Phrase search (Feststehende Wortverbindungen
suchen)
Using the Phrase search, you can translate phrases and idiomatic
expressions as a native speaker. Input up to three words of the phrase, which
should be translated, into the three input fields one below the other. The phrases
containing ALL the entered words can be searched for.
<Example>
Search for a phrase containing 'poire' and 'soif'.
1. Press ^ .

• It can also appear by pressing

2. Type 'poire', press } , followed by 'soif'.
To input more than one word, input each
word in the separate input field. Use the }
{ keys to move the cursor. Each input field
can accommodate up to 24 characters.
3. Press e .
A list of phrases containing the words appears.
4. Select the desired index of the phrase using the number keys. The translation of
the selected phrase is displayed.
• Press f to return to the previous view.
• Press ^ l to list the index of phrases containing the words.
• To search for a new phrase, simply begin inputting new words, or press ^
to go back to the input screen to start a new search.
