• Shortcuts sets shortcuts to appear at the bottom of the Lock
screen.
• Information ticker lets you set news or stock information
ticker on the lock screen.
• Clock allows you to display the digital clock while the Lock
screen is active. Enabled by default.
• Dual clock displays a set of dual digital clock on the Lock
screen while you are roaming. Tap the entry to set your home
city. This time zone then becomes the time used by one of the
on-screen clocks.
• Weather displays the current area weather on the Lock
screen.
Tap and set the temperature units (F or C) and refresh time.
• Help text shows help information on the Lock screen.
Note: These options vary depending on the selected Lock
settings.
Make pattern visible
Makes the screen unlock pattern visible while you are tracing
it on the screen.
1. From the Home screen, tap
Security.
2. Tap Make pattern visible to create a checkmark and
activate the feature.
Lock automatically
Screen locks automatically after the preset time delay when
screen turns off.
1. From the Home screen, tap
Security.
2. Tap Lock automatically then tap a time delay setting (5
seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, or 1 minute).
Lock instantly with power key
Lock the phone instantly when you press the power key to turn
the screen off.
1. From the Home screen, tap
Security.
2. Tap Lock instantly with power key to create a
checkmark and activate the feature.
Vibrate on screen tap
Phone vibrates with each screen tap while unlocking the
phone.
