DEFROSTING FROZEN FOODS
Procedure:
1. Remove wrapping from meat.
2. Place frozen meat on a defrost rack. Shield.
3. Defrost using MEDIUM LOW/DEFROST power level (30%).
4. Halfway through defrosting, remove any defrosted portions, e.g. steak, mince.
Turn over and shield. Continue defrosting.
