Chapter 2. Introduction

2.1. Overview

ARS-2000SUP is a SCSI-to-SATA II bridge. Through its connection to a SCSI host
50-pin connector the bridge can turn a 2.5'' hard drive into a 50-pin single ended
SCSI HDD. Thus, you can replace old/damaged SCSI HDD by the bridge with high
performance and cost-effective SATA HDD.
