The Samsung EHS warranty covers parts with a pre-set labour allowance only. The standard
warranty is valid for 12 months from date of commissioning as entered on this card. If the unit
is installed by a Samsung approved installer the warranty is automatically extended to 36
months.
All details of approved installers are given on the www.samsungehs.co.uk web page under
downloads and then warranty and approved installers.
Approved installers also have access to warranty extensions; a 4 year extension to the
warranty can be purchased making a total of 84 months from date of invoice. (See distributor
for pricing).
