With Phone APPs , you can view your camera directly as a computer anywhere,
anytime. This section shows the user how to set up the iPhone, and Android
mobile phones to view Foscam cameras with Phone APPs.

There are two ways to install the phone App :
1) Search the APP "Foscam ip cam viewer" in the Google Play directly if your cell phone has
installed Google Play.
Download and install the phone view app, then you can see the shortcut icon in your cell
phone screen.
2) Enter http://play.google.com
