b) Weather station

Avoid the following adverse environmental condition when operating the weather station:
- Excessive humidity or dampness
- extreme cold or heat
- direct sunlight
- Dust or combustible gases, vapours or solvents
- Strong vibrations
- strong magnetic fields such as those found in the vicinity of machinery or loudspeakers
Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold into a warm room.
Condensation that forms might destroy your device. Wait until the product has reached room
temperature. This may take several hours!
The installation site should be chosen in a way that the weather station has a firm position and
cannot fall down. There is risk of injury through its weight.
Valuable or scratch sensitive furniture surfaces should be protected from damage with suitable
covers, before you put the weather station on them.

c) Outdoor sensor

The outdoor sensor is suitable to be used in a sheltered outdoor area (for example under a roof
projection). Never operate it in or below water.
Install the outdoor sensor in a way so that it is positioned vertically/upright and the LC display
points upward, the stand downward). Otherwise, water may penetrate the device.
