Connecting MobileLite Wireless as a Local Reader To add content to MobileLite Wireless, you can connect it to a computer using the USB cable that came with the device (with one of the supported expansion media slots occupied) or you can copy content directly to a USB, SD, or MicroSD (using the accompanied adapter) drive and inserting the media into the appropriate slot on the MobileLite Wireless.
Setup Once you’re connected to the MobileLite Wireless network, you can begin to configure your device by launching the MobileLite application. There are 3 quick simple steps that require your attention before you begin to access your MobileLite Wireless. Please see below.

Homescreen You can now access content connected to your MobileLite Wireless from your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch. The Homescreen is the foundation of the MobiletLite Wireless App and contains information such as connection status of iDevice connection status, USB/SD Card connectivity, and a quick glance of your content. Please see Figure 9.1.
Note: Attempting to open unsupported file types will direct the user to the file’s Info page. If the file is tagged with Metadata then, information such as file name, type, size, date created, date modified, and storage location will be available to the user. Videos The MobileLite Wireless App allows users to view their videos regardless of whether they are in a plane heading to a business trip or a good old fashion road trip. Simply begin by tapping on a video file. Upon getting to the next screen, the user will notice a few options available to them.
Import Photos MobileLite Wireless App allows users to import photo(s) from their iOS device to the MobileLite Wireless with a few simple steps. Step 1: Begin by selecting ‘Copy from Photos’. This option is available from the side panel. See Figure 12.2.
