HELPFUL HINTS

• T oast shades are affected by many things, such as
whether or not the bread has been refrigerated or is at
room temperature, the moisture content of the bread,
thickness, density, bagels vs. English muffins, etc. Some
bread will require different toasting shades, or two
toasting cycles to achieve your desired results.
