Outlet Adjustment

The air outlets are located in the center and on the
sides of your instrument panel. See Instrument
Panel Overview on page 100. You can move the
vents to direct the flow of air or close the outlets
altogether. When you close a vent, it will increase
the flow of air coming out of any vents that
are open.
Keep the path under the front seats clear of
objects to help circulate the air inside of your
vehicle more effectively.

Passenger Compartment Air Filter

The passenger compartment outside air is
routed through a passenger compartment filter.
The filter removes certain debris, including dirt
and leaves. Reductions in your climate control
system performance may indicate that the
filter needs to be inspected and cleaned.
