Possible problem
Check whether the battery of the
HBS-800 is fully charged.
Check whether the phone
supports the headset or hands-
free Bluetooth profiles.

HBS-800 is low.
Check and make sure the
headset is on.

Check the speaker volume.
The blue LED light flickers 5 times.
The blue LED light flickers 5 times and then
turns off.
The solid violet LED light stays on.

The red LED stays on.
LED turnes off. If ANC is turned on, the solid violet
lighting stays on.

Determine whether your phone supports the
headset or hands-free Bluetooth profiles.

Slide the power switch to the 'ON' position to
turn on the headset.
With the power off, press the CALL button and
slide the power switch to the 'ON' position.
Hold the CALL button for about 2 seconds to
manually place the headset in pairing mode.
