    The electric motor has been designed for 230V and 240V only. Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. note: The supply of 230V and 240V on Ozito tools are interchangeable for Australia and New Zealand.

  • Page 9 preparation & Set-up It is recommended that the centreline of the biscuit should be 65mm from the edge of the workpiece. Using a square, measure and mark a point 65mm from both edges of the workpiece. Draw the centreline of the biscuit.

  • Page 11 preparation & Set-up adjusting the height of the fence It is necessary to adjust the height of the fence to cater for different sized workpieces. The height should correspond to half of the material thickness of the workpiece taking into account the width of the blade. The groove for the biscuit should always be in the middle of the workpiece, unless you are joining thick workpieces, where multiple adjacent biscuit joins are sometimes used.

The spindle lock(11) (Fig. 19) is located on top of the gearbox casing. The purpose of the spindle lock(11) is to prevent the blade from turning to enable easy blade removal.
