Before locating the position for installation of the water heater, make sure that there is sufficient clearance between the ceiling and the side wall. -

Plumbing Make necessary plumbing with reference to the installation diagram. (Fig. 5) A. O. Smith recommends nylon/SS braided hoses having a minimum pressure rating of 8 Bar and hoses should be compatible for hot water applications. Connect the cold water pipe to the inlet [Blue Cap]. Directions for use Caution: Before using the water heater, make sure the inner tank is completely filled with water and the power plug has been connected properly.
