Swashplate Adjustment

Swashplate inspection. Pull down the throttle

stick and throttle trim to the lowest position, and put
the elevator trim and aileron trim in the neutral
position, - centred (Fig. 1).
Then turn on the transmitter and then connect the
helicopter power cable. Check whether or not the
swashplate is in a horizontal level after the reposition of
elevator and aileron servos.
Swashplate adjustment. If the swashplate is

not horizontal, you can adjust through the following
two steps: (1) elevator and aileron adjustment.
Reconnect to the battery pack and await the
reposition of elevator and aileron, adjust the servo
bellcrank to horizontal level.
(2) servo linkage rod adjustment. Adjust the length of
servo linkage rod and make the swashplate
horizontal (Fig. 7).
Main Rotor Blade
Adjustment
1. Main rotor blade inspection.
(1) check that the fixing screws of main rotor blade are not
too loose or tight (Blades move freely without slop).
(2) check the tracking.

2. Main rotor blade adjustment.

(1) If the fixing screws are too loose, tighten till they are
firm; if too tight, unscrew till correct (See 1. above).
(2)If there is a tracking problem, lengthen or shorten the
steering linkage 1 (Fig. 8).
Flybar Weights Assembly
If you need to reassemble (or remove) the flybar weights,
please observe the following:
1. Align the flybar block as shown in Fig. 4-1.
2. Slide the plastic block sleeve over the hook at the end of
the flybar through the opening 1 shown in Fig. 4-1 till the
hook is on the outside of the sleeve as shown in Fig 4-2 .
3. Line up the notch and the lug (Fig.4-4), and slide the
plastic sleeve over the block so the block is completely
inside the sleeve.
4. Twist the sleeve with the block inside 90
wise relative to the opening the end hook was inserted in,
and gently position the hook in that slot (see Fig. 4-3).
5. Make sure that the sleeve and the block are in the correct
position because if they come off during flight the speed and
the weight of the block can cause injury.
6. To remove the weights just follow the procedure in
reverse order.
