Satellite system is incorrectly installed.

High levels of signal loss through
cables

Remote control not pointed at device.

Incorrect volume value
TROUBLE SHOOTING
No picture but on screen menus appear !
Remote control not working !
No stereo sound !
Check all connections and leads,
adjust satellite antenna, check LNB.
Replace LNB
Replace TP
Use a signal booster or replace cables
Repair connection
Check batteries
Press correct function key
Make sure your remote control is
pointing on your device
Check SCART cable
Check volume value
