Configure Visual Voicemail Settings

The Visual Voicemail settings menu lets you access settings for notifications, pictures,
greetings, and more.
1. Tap > Messages > Voicemail.

Tap > Apps
2. Tap > Settings and select an option to change its settings:
▪ Notifications to display the notification when you receive voicemail messages.
Choose ringtone to select a ringtone when you receive voicemail messages.
▪
▪ Vibrate to select the vibration behavior when you receive voicemail messages.
▪ Play volume to select the volume when you hear the voicemail message.

Set Up Voicemail

You should set up your Voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your phone is activated.
Always use a password to protect against unauthorized access. Your phone automatically
transfers all unanswered calls to your voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned off.

Voicemail Notification

There are a couple of different ways your phone alerts you to a new voicemail message.
● By sounding the assigned notification sound.
● By vibrating the phone when the vibrate setting is on.
