A) Open base cabinet doors .
B) Pass the regulator hose through the side panel opening to the inside of the base
cabinet . (1)
C) Slide the hose retention bracket (2) along the hose and through the side panel
opening to the inside of the base cabinet .
D) Position the hose retention bracket on the right inside panel and secure with two
hex/washer/bolts (3) .
m warninG: the hose must be secured to the side panel with
the hose retention Bracket. failure to do so could cause
damage to the hose resulting in a fire or explosion which
can cause serious bodily injury or death, and damage to
property.
The LP cylinder is installed inside the base cabinet .
E) Turn the LP cylinder so the opening of the valve is either to the front or side of the
Weber
gas barbecue .

F) Lift and place the cylinder into the tank base opening in the bottom panel (4) .
Weber recommends the use of cylinder manufacturer's Manchester and Worthington,
with a 47 .6 lb water capacity . Other cylinders may be acceptable for use with the
appliance provided they are compatible with the appliance retention means .
Connect the hose to the Cylinder
A) Remove the plastic dust cover from the valve .
B) Screw the regulator coupling onto the tank valve, clockwise, or to the right (5) .
Hand-tighten only .
Note: This is a new type of connection. It tightens clockwise and will not allow gas to
flow unless the connection is tight. The connection requires tightening by hand only.
m warninG: do not use a wrench to tighten the connection.

could cause a leak.
