    1000 S ERIES To adjust the depth ranges manually, follow these steps: 1. Make sure the Legend 1000 Series is operating in Manual mode. 2. Push the Range knob. An adjustment indicator appears at the location of the Lower Depth Range, indicating that it is ready for adjustment.

    Simulator Mode if a transducer is connected. When operating with the Simulator on and without a transducer connected, the Legend 1000 Series does not remember any changes to settings. The Simulator setting defaults to factory settings after the Legend 1000 Series is turned off.

    TROUBLESHOOTING Repairs Do not attempt to repair the EGEND There are no user-serviceable parts inside, and special tools and techniques are required for reassembly to ensure the waterproof integrity of the housing. Repairs should be performed only by authorized Techsonic technicians. Before You Call Customer Support Many requests for repair received by Techsonic involve units that do not actually need repair.
