Capacity Notes
Approximately 400 kJ are required to raise the temperature of 0.5
Kg of water from 4° to 100°C. An additional 50 kJ are required to
change 0.5 Kg of water to water vapor.
The addition of 5 mm rigid foil faced fiberglass insulation (optional)
on all surfaces of evaporating chamber will increase unit efficiency
by approximately %.
