So he will tell you about our Serious Seafood while I have the great pleasure to tell you about our Friendly Folks.
  • Page 9     Why is it Fish City Grill and not Steak City Grill? Or Taco City Grill? Why, because seafood is one of my passions. There is something fascinating, even romantic, about seafood and the people who often risk their lives to bring it to us.

Our customers expect a server who not only understands the subtle differences between different species of fish, but a server who can communicate those differences in a fun and engaging manner.
