MAC Address Filter Default The default setting for 8520-C1 is a WEP 128 bit enabled, security encryption. It automatically generates a WEP key for your convenience. You can find the 26 digit pre-generated key at the bottom of the 8520-C1, together with the unit Mac Address.

Select the wireless communication channel by AUTO or MANUAL. If manual selection, enter the channel you wish the wireless network to use.

You need to set up port forwarding to tell the device on which computer the server is held. When port forwarding is enabled, your router (the device) routes all the inbound traffic on a particular port to the chosen computer on your network.
