2. Align the drill press head with the table and base
and tighten the two set screws (C) (with supplied
Allen key). SEE FIG.12 .
3. Install speed change handle (S) into hub (T). SEE FIG.11

4. Install the three handles (D) by screwing them clock-
wise into the hand wheel hub. Tighten flat part of shaft
(X) with an open end wrench (not supplied).
