Locating the machine type and model (MTM) number and the system serial number
When calling for technical assistance, you are requested to provide the MTM number and the system serial
number of your tablet. To get the MTM number and the serial number, check the MTM label shown as below:

Lenovo user forums

Lenovo provides user forums on the World Wide Web to provide you with a place to search the community
knowledge base for information about your tablet, share information with other users, make suggestions to
Lenovo, ask questions, and get technical support from Lenovo.
To go to Lenovo user forums, do one of the following:
• Procedure 1
1. From the Start screen, tap Lenovo Support. Then tap Registration. Follow the instructions on the
screen to create an account.
2. From the Start screen, tap Lenovo Support ➙ Community.
• Procedure 2
1. Go to http://www.lenovo.com/register and follow the instructions on the screen to create an account.
2. Go to http://www.lenovo.com/support.
3. Tap Community Forums.

Finding ThinkPad options

If you want to expand the capabilities of your tablet, Lenovo has a number of hardware accessories and
upgrades to meet your needs.
You can shop at Lenovo 24 hours a day, 7 days a week directly over the World Wide Web. All you need is an
Internet connection and a credit card.

During and after the warranty period, you can purchase additional services, such as support for Lenovo
