Recording Videos
In addition to taking pictures, you can also record, view, and send
videos to your friends and family with your built-in camcorder.
To take a video with the flip open:
1.
Press

Select Pictures and press
3.
Select Camcorder and press
(Additional options are available through the video mode
"Options" menu. See "Video Mode Options" on page 121 for
more information.)
4.
Using the phone's main LCD as a viewfinder, aim the camera
lens at your subject.

Press
start recording.

The Post to Services service will be available in 2006.
To take a video with the phone closed:
1.
Press the side camera key.
Note:
Side Key Guard must be de-activated. To de-activate with the phone
closed, press and hold

Take New Video to return to video mode to take another
video.
Play to play the video you just took.
Send to Contacts to send your video. (See page 126 for
details.)
Post to Services to access the available services. Select
Update to display the latest services.
Upload to upload the video you just took to the Xtra Online
Gallery.
Review Media to go to the In Phone folder to review your
saved videos.
Delete to delete the video you just took.
Set as to assign the video. Select your desired option and press
.
Details/Edit to edit or display your video's details.
