Entering Characters Using Alphabet Mode
To enter characters using Alphabet mode, select the Alphabet
mode (see "Selecting a Character Input Mode" on page 25).
Press the corresponding key repeatedly until the desired
character appears. By default, the first letter of an entry is
capitalised and the following letters are lowercased.
Characters scroll in the following order:

One-character-shifted Caps Lock Unshifted
After a character is entered, the cursor automatically
advances to the next space after two seconds or when you
enter a character on a different key.
Copying/Cutting and Pasting
1. On a screen where you can enter text, place the cursor next
to the text to be cut or copied and press Mode (right softkey) >
Select Text.
2. Use the navigation key to highlight the text and press Next
(left softkey) > Copy or Cut. Press
3. Press Mode (right softkey) > Paste List, and use the up and
down navigation keys to highlight the text to be pasted, if
there are choices.
Note: Paste List is grouped together with Web Shortcut, Preset Msgs and
Recent Msgs.
4. Use the right and left navigation keys to place the cursor
where the text is to be pasted to and press
softkey).
