    The integrated USB camera and digital microphones allow you to take pictures, videos, and communicate with other computer users. The camera is located at the top of the monitor and is fixed. However, the camera’s software--Dell Webcam Software suite, provides limited panning abilities. When the camera is on, the blue light next to the camera turns on.

    Back to Contents Page Setting Up Your Monitor Dell™ SP2208WFP Flat Panel Monitor  If you have non Dell™ desktop, portable computer, or graphic card 1. Right-click on the desktop and click Properties. 2. Select the Settings tab. 3. Select Advanced. 4. Identify your graphics controller supplier from the description at the top of the window (e.g. NVIDIA, ATI, Intel etc.).

    Use the input select button to select the desired input source (Analog, Digital or HDMI). If the VGA/DVI cable is disconnected from the video card, the Dell Self-test Feature Check dialogue box appears.If the HDMI is cable is disconnected from the HDMI source (DVD player, setup box, or console), the monitor enters power save mode.

    Brightness Menu Use this button to activate automatic setup and adjustment. The following dialog appears on a black screen as the monitor self adjusts to the current input: Auto Adjust In Progress Auto Adjustment button allows the monitor to self-adjust to the incoming video signal. After using Auto Adjustment, you can further tune your monitor by using the Pixel Clock (Coarse), Phase (Fine) controls in the OSD.
  • Page 16 NOTE: AUTO ADJUST is only available when you are using the analog (VGA) connector. 2. Press the - and + buttons to move between the setting options. As you move from one icon to another, the option name is highlighted. See the table below for a complete list of all the options available for the monitor.
