Installing the unit

Before attaching, make sure
the direction of the
escutcheon is correct. (Wider
hooks on the top side.)

Rear/subwoofer output terminals
To the metallic body or chassis of the car
Fuse (10 A)
To front speaker (left)
To front speaker (right)
To rear speaker (left)
To rear speaker (right)
To the control terminal of the motor antenna
To the power control terminal of the optional power amplifier
To the terminal that is grounded when either the telephone rings
or during conversation. (To connect the Kenwood navigation
system, consult your navigation manual.)
Car fuse box
Connect the wiring harness to the unit. Other wiring
connection has been completed earlier. (See above.)
Bend the appropriate tabs
to hold the mounting
sleeve firmly in place.
Ignition key switch
Car fuse box
Battery
Dashboard of your car
