When unpacking, check to make sure all parts shown on the Parts List (page 6) are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible. -
Page 4: Assembly Instructions
The eight Turnbuckles (part #11) are used to strengthen the frame assembly. Attach the Turnbuckles to the frame assembly and tighten, using a pair of pliers. NOTE: Do not over tighten the Turnbuckles, as bending to the frame assembly will occur. (See Figure B.) FIGURE B SKU 45211 PAGE 4... -
