6. Touch > Next at the top of the screen. The Email app
begins retrieving your account information from your
provider's Exchange server.
7. If Email is unable to retrieve all of your account
information, a Setup could not finish pop-up appears
explaining why. To enter the needed account
information manually, touch Edit details.
The Exchange server settings screen appears.
Enter or change the Exchange server information: (Tip:
Contact your Exchange administrator for the correct
values to select or enter for the following options.)
Domain/username, Password, Exchange server, Use
secure connections (SSL), and Use client certificate,
then touch > Next.
8. If an Activation pop-up appears, read the displayed
information. To continue set-up, touch OK.
9. If a Remote security administration pop-up appears,
read the displayed information. To continue set-up,
touch OK.
The Account options screen appears.
10. Select the desired values in the displayed fields, then
touch Next.
11. If an Activate device administrator? pop-up appears,
read the displayed information. To continue set-up,
touch Activate.
12. When the Setup email account screen re-appears,
enter an Account name for this account (Optional).
Otherwise, the account address appears in the Email
app screen.
13. Touch Done. Setup is complete.
Accessing Your Email Accounts
You can view email you receive for email accounts
individually, or you can view all accounts in the Combined
view screen.
1. From the Home screen, touch
2. Touch the
drop-down menu at the top left of the
screen to select:
• Combined view: View all email in a combined inbox.
• Priority sender inbox: View all email for your priority account
inbox.
• <Account Name>: View email for the account.
Email.
