From the SURF menu, press

I ACCESSING HELIO PORTAL
Now you can access news, sports, music, multimedia, weather, and
email from your handset. Accessing Mobile Web keeps you updated by
providing access to up-to-date information such as news, sports, music,
multimedia, weather and stock quotes when you subscribe to Internet
service with your service provider. Please contact your service provider
for a list of available websites and service details.
The browser launches.
A list of categories appears in the display.
Use the navigation keys to browse the categories.
Once the desired category is highlighted, press
to enter the category list.
To exit Helio Portal service, press
SURF ends an Internet connection after a certain period of
inactivity, however some information from your session
remains stored in the device (if you leave your device
turned on). You can access this information without
reconnecting to the Internet. However, if you are viewing
stored information, and you select a link to a site that was
not accessed in your last session, you automatically
re-connect to the Internet.
