X-560 Assembly Instructions
X-Treme Scooters June 2006

Your X-560 scooter comes 85% assembled. Approximate assembly time = 30 min.
Unpack and locate the following parts:
Tool Kit & Assorted bolt/nuts/washers
Trunk & mounting hardware
Trunk/Cargo Rack
Seat
Seat Post
Rear Tail Light
Left & Right Side Fairings
Assorted Fuses
1. Remove the protective seat post.
This is used for shipping only. Discard
2. Install Handlebars.
Slide the handlebars onto the fork. See
fig. 2 & 3.
Locate the Handlebar Lock Pin, and
insert it into the side of the handlebar,
ensuring it feeds thru the fork bracket.
Secure the lock pin using the attached
bolt. Fig. 4.

Slide the handlebar clamp up and over
the base of the handlebar. Tighten the
clamp ensuring the front wheel is in
proper alignment with the handlebars.

After the handlebar is securely
attached, slide the black rubber boot
over the connection.

- Page 2 X-560 Assembly Instructions 3. Attach Throttle and Brake Handle Grips. Insert handle grips into the handlebar post, ensuring the gold lock pin protrudes thru the post. Tighten the black, handlebar thumbscrew securely. Fig. 6. Fig. 6 4. Attach Left/Right Side Fairings.
- Page 3 X-560 Assembly Instructions 5. Mount the Trunk/Cargo Rack Locate the rear trunk rack bolt. Remove the bolt and set aside. Do not discard! Fig. 10 Attach the rack to the seat post. Fig. 11. Re-install the trunk rack bolt securing the Fig.
