Menu Options in TV Mode (Cont.)

Sound menu

Press [MENU] to display the main menu.
Press / to select Sound in the main menu,
then press or [OK] to enter.
Sound mode
Press / or [OK] to enter the Sound Mode
sub-menu.
Press / to change the sound mode in
sequence: Standard Music Movie Sports Personal.
You can also press [S.MODE] repeatedly on the remote control to change the sound
mode directly.
NOTE: Treble and bass values can only be individually adjusted in Personal mode.
Treble / Bass / Balance
Press / or [OK] to enter the sub-menu, then press / to set your desired value
for treble or bass, or set your desired balance for the left and right channel speakers.
Auto volume
Press / or [OK] to enter the sub-menu, then set the automatic volume level to On
or Off. When set to On, the volume of the channel is automatically controlled.
SPDIF Mode
You can select the type of digital sound output from the COAXIAL connection for
connecting a sound system.
Press / or [OK] to set the SPDIF mode to Auto, PCM or Off.
AD switch (DTV only)
The AD (audio dynamic) switch automatically
adjusts volume levels for programmes that have
hearing impaired data.
Press / or [OK] to enter the AD switch sub-
menu, then press / to select On and adjust
the AD volume.
