Entering Names in the Phonebook

Contacts , by pressing the devoted function key on the remote control, or press the
PHONEBOOK
remote control key.
Four choices are available:
Call
•
Add contact
•
Modify contact
•
Delete contact
•
By selecting Add contact , the following page will be displayed:
Up to 1000 contacts may be inserted, each contact being characterized by up to 100
terminals
Enter new contacts data in the phonebook by using the remote control alphanumeric
keys (data insertion mode could be changed) or the virtual keypad to fill out the
available fields: choice is made by means of devoted function keys on the remote
control .
Enter Surname, Name
Enter terminal (or terminals) data: name, number (or alias), call type (H.323, SIP)
, select Make your call
and Company
in the
BUTTON AREA , then select
