DRAM TRFC
W hen the Configure DRAM Timing by SPD sets to [Disabled], the field is
adjustable. This setting determines the time RFC takes to read from and write to
a memory cell.
DRAM TWR
W hen the Configure DRAM Timing by SPD sets to [Disabled], the field is
adjustable. Minimum time interval between end of write data burst and the start
of a precharge command. Allows sense amplifiers to restore data to cells.
DRAM TWTR
W hen the Configure DRAM Timing by SPD sets to [Disabled], the field is
adjustable. Minimum time interval between the end of write data burst and the
start of a column-read command. It allows I/O gating to overdrive sense amplifi-
ers before read command starts.
DRAM TRRD
W hen the Configure DRAM Timing by SPD sets to [Disabled], the field is
adjustable. Specifies the active-to-active delay of different banks. Time interval
between a read and a precharge command.
DRAM TRTP
W hen the Configure DRAM Timing by SPD sets to [Disabled], the field is
adjustable. Time interval between a read and a precharge command.
1N/2N M emory Timing
This item controls the SDRAM command rate. Select [1N] makes SDRAM signal
controller to run at 1N (N=clock cycles) rate. Selecting [2N] makes SDRAM signal
controller run at 2N rate.
FSB/Memory Ratio
This item will allow you to adjust the ratio of FSB to memory.
Adjusted DRAM Frequency
It shows the adjusted DDR Memory frequency. Read-only.
Adjust PCI-E Frequency
This field allows you to select the PCIE frequency (in MHz).
Adjust PCI Frequency
This field allows you to select the PCI frequency (in MHz).
Auto Disable DIM M/PCI Frequency
W hen set to [Enabled], the system will remove (turn off) clocks from empty DIMM and
PCI slots to minimize the electromagnetic interference (EMI).
