    WARRANTY TERMS Empire Comfort Systems Inc. warranties this Broilmaster premium grill to be free from defects at the time of purchase and for the periods specified below. Broilmaster Premium Grills must be installed by a qualified technician and must be maintained and operated safely, in accordance with the instructions in the owner’s manual.
